This is a static website without user accounts, advertising, or tracking. No cookies are set, there are no analytics tools, and simply opening a page creates no connection to Google, Meta, Tumblr, or any other advertising or tracking service. The site is delivered by the hosting provider Cloudflare (section 2). The details are below.

2. Hosting and server log files
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Cloudflare delivers the pages through a worldwide server network. When you open a page, your browser transmits technically necessary data that Cloudflare processes in server log files:
- IP address,
- date and time of the request,
- the address requested and the amount of data transferred,
- browser type, operating system, and the referring page where applicable.
This processing is necessary to deliver and securely operate the website. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; the legitimate interest lies in technical provision and defence against attacks. Cloudflare processes this data on my behalf; a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is part of the contract with Cloudflare. The log data is stored for a limited period only and deleted afterwards. I have no access to individual log entries, do not combine this data with other sources, and do not create any evaluations from it.
Data may also be processed in the USA. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision under Art. 45 GDPR); in addition, the contract includes the EU standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR). For more information, see Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
3. No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics, marketing, or tracking services. That is also why there is no cookie banner. Nothing about you is stored in your browser.
4. Fonts and images
All fonts and images are served from this website’s own server. No Google Fonts or other external font services are loaded. The preview images for YouTube videos and Tumblr reposts are local copies too, so that opening a page creates no connection to Google or Tumblr.
5. Search
The search runs entirely in your browser (Pagefind). The search index is loaded from this website like any other file. Your search terms are not transmitted, logged, or evaluated.
6. YouTube videos
Videos are initially embedded as a preview image with a play symbol only. The YouTube player is loaded — and your browser connects to YouTube — only when you deliberately click a video. Google may then process your IP address, device information, and the page you are viewing, and associate it with your account if you are logged in to Google.
- The embed uses the more privacy-friendly mode via the domain
youtube-nocookie.com. - The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, which you give by clicking the video. If you do not click, nothing happens.
- The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data may also be transferred to the USA.

7. External links
This website links to external services such as Discord, Patreon, Ko-fi, Twitch, YouTube, Tumblr, Instagram, TikTok, download pages for mods, custom content, and save files, as well as rule sets by other creators. These links only open when you click them. From that point on, the privacy policies of the respective providers apply, and I have no influence over their processing.
8. Contacting me
The business enquiry form does not send anything to a server: your input is only assembled into an email inside your browser, which then opens in your own email program. Your details only reach me once you send that email yourself.
If you send me an email, I process your details solely in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, or Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries. I delete messages as soon as they are no longer needed and no retention obligations apply.
9. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You can withdraw consent you have given — for example for loading a YouTube video — at any time with effect for the future by reloading the page and not starting any videos.
You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the authority for your place of residence or the one responsible for me.
10. No automated decision-making
No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.
11. Changes
If the website changes, I will update this policy. The version published here always applies; the date of the last change is shown at the top of this page.
